PURCHASES
For all purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase through Paypal. If you prefer you can use your PayPal account or you may use your major credit card on the PayPal payment page. Paypal do not share your credit information with us once the transaction is complete.
Cancelling and Modifying Orders
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, it is then "Sent to Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. Once your order enters the shipping process by being "sent to the warehouse," no further changes can be made. You must contact a Customer Service Representative to make any changes to your order once it is placed.
Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
We will promptly notify you a.s.a.p. via email if any item(s) that you have ordered have been discontinued or not currently in stock and the date of the new stock arrival. You will have the option of ordering comparable item(s), or be given a complete refund.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Hugh Taylor & Company will accept returns and exchanges in their original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if Hugh Taylor & Company made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. Hugh Taylor & Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.
Please Note: (a)Buyer pays for any cost(s) incurred of the shipping return(s) of ALL merchandise returns. (b)A RMA number must be issued before you can return any item. E-mail us at cs@hug-taylor.com with your order number, the product you are returning, customer name, reason for return, e-mail address and request for either a refund or replacement. Merrick Douglas Collection will not accept any return without a RMA number.
SHIPPING
Hugh Taylor & Company ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also Hugh Taylor & Company does not ship to APO/AP or PO Box addresses.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Please view shipping chart below.

Please add $10 to the Standard Shipping Rates for:
- all orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
- each item that is overweight and/or oversized.
Lower 48 States:
Ground Shipping: 2 to 7 Days
Rush Delivery: 2 to 3 Days
Note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders made over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipping on Monday.
UPS, DHL or Freight deliveries are not available on Saturday or Sunday. |
